Geocaching International Film Festival 2018
November 11 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Welcome to the Geocaching International Film Festival 2018
Viewing held in Central Point, Oregon
Returning for the third year, SocksAndAmanda are proud to bring the GIFF to the Rogue Valley!
We invite you all to come and join us in the upstairs Computer Classroom at the Central Point Police Department, located at 155 S. 2nd Street in downtown Central Point, Sunday November 11th, from 2:00-4:00pm. Due to the mishap last year with our projector debacle, we made sure to reserve a space that comes with a projector and screen. We’ll be showing the films and asking you to be the judges to see who is the winner. Bring a snack and a drink if you’d like, we will have our small popcorn machine there for some yummy movie treats!
When: Sunday, November 11th, from 2-4 pm.
Where: Upstairs Computer Classroom, Central Point Police Department, 155 S. 2nd St. in Central Point
This is event is free and open to all those who would like to come down and watch the finalists in this years Geocaching International Film Festival! As in previous years, the film reel is usually around an hour to an hour and a half long. From finding new favorite places, people, and puzzles, geocaching is full of moments that should be captured on film and shared with the geocaching world. This year filmmakers were asked to film a great story about the game we love and send it in. We can’t wait to see the amazing films that cachers came up with!
